Parking in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre: alternatives for finding a parking spot

September 25, 2020

Woluwe-Saint-Pierre is one of the nineteen municipalities located in the Brussels-Capital Region. South-east of Brussels, this commune has 41,580 inhabitants. It is mainly a well-to-do residential area, which includes the wide avenue de Tervueren, lined with parks, and the many embassies located near the Montgomery square.

It is also located on the edge of the Soignes forest and has many green spaces: Mellaerts ponds, Woluwe park, Parmentier park, the old railway promenade, etc. Among the three rivers that once crossed the municipality, only the Woluwe, a tributary of the Senne, is still widely visible today.

A very residential and quiet area of Brussels, its population has been growing steadily since the 2000s.
